Job Summary
Member Service Representative at a Credit Union responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, processing teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments), and cross-selling credit union products and services. Serves as primary initial contact for member dealings, requires strong interpersonal/communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment, and alignment with the credit union’s member-focused philosophy. Schedule includes Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays; benefits include bonus eligibility, paid holidays, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required
- Prior cash-handling experience preferred
