Job Summary
Deliver exceptional member experiences by processing teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments) and serving as the primary contact for CFCU members. Cross-sell credit union products and services in alignment with members' needs, while achieving individual and branch goals for experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience in a financial institution or retail customer service environment. Schedule is Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays; location in Bixby, OK. Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment
