Job Summary
Member Service Representative handles member inquiries and complaints, processes memberships and service orders, performs cashiering and call-center work, educates members about cooperative services, promotes Carolina Connect, and travels to area offices as needed to support operations in an electric and broadband utility environment. Strong communication, customer service, and adherence to policies are essential, with responsibilities spanning in-person, phone, and payment processing tasks, plus ongoing safety and compliance efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate
- One year or more of customer service experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
