Job Summary
Greet and interact with members professionally to deliver a world-class experience, handling account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers with accuracy. Perform drive-up station duties, manage branch opening and closing procedures, service ATMs, scan checks, and maintain organized MSR stations. Balance cash drawers daily using computer reports, resolve discrepancies immediately with supervisors, and adhere to strict Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act compliance standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products to proactively cross-sell services. Requires high school diploma, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills. Starting salary is $22 per hour with benefits including 401k match and volunteer time off.
Required Qualifications
