Job Summary
Process all financial service transactions, maintain cash drawer responsibility, and follow balancing procedures while serving new and existing deposit and loan accounts. Proactively advise members on products and services by interacting with them on how to take advantage of benefits and features. Meet and exceed personal goals in deposits, loans, and referrals to assist the Branch in reaching new business development targets. Ensure complete adherence to established policies and procedures, paying special attention to balancing requirements and security protocols. This role supports the University Credit Union's member-driven service and sales culture, with training provided in account opening, loan processing, and basic accounting. Bi-lingual language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spouse of active military personnel
- Ability to articulate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
- Ability to handle detailed work
- Working knowledge of computer software programs, including word processing
- Bi-lingual language skills

- Knowledge of loan processing
- Accurate, detailed, professional, well groomed
- Preferred knowledge/proficiency in Excel and Word
- Cash Handling and Teller experience

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
