Job Summary
Operate the online teller terminal to perform transactions including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Process cash advances, checks, money orders, and government bonds while verifying documents for endorsement and negotiability. Open and close accounts daily, balance assigned cash, and resolve member requests by researching needs and suggesting appropriate credit union products. Maintain security of member information and assigned cash, perform drive-up and night drop functions, and balance ATMs as assigned. Track sales for the MSR incentive program.
