Job Summary
Assist members with deposit and loan account support; take loan applications, finalize loan documentation, disburse loan proceeds, monitor insurance on collateralized loans, answer lending queries, open/close memberships/accounts/sub-accounts, open business accounts, and promote products and services. Act as backup Member Service Representative (teller) when needed. Requires professional appearance, member-focused attitude, courteous, helpful, accurate, and dependable behavior. Background, bondability, and credit checks required. Benefits include health plans, retirement plans with a match, and paid time off. Hours are generally 8:00am–5:00pm Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday mornings. Equal Opportunity Employer.
