Job Summary
Member Service Officer duties include opening new accounts and onboarding, handling teller transactions and member service requests, managing lobby traffic and appointment schedules, and creating leads for products/services. Responsibilities also cover performing CIP verification, OFAC screening, CTR/SAR filings, audit and review of account details, and ensuring compliance in daily branch operations. Requires strong customer service, problem solving, adaptability, clear written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Excel/Word. High school diploma or equivalent and up to 6 months of related experience are expected.
