Job Summary
Deliver outstanding service to members by handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently in a welcoming and professional environment. Accurately process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) while balancing cash drawer and complying with procedures. Promote credit union products through consultative conversations, build relationships, and identify referral opportunities. Maintain knowledge of accounts, products, and services to assist members and support branch operations, including data entry, record maintenance, and adherence to security standards (Regulation CC, BSA, IT Security). Maintain confidentiality and provide professional, courteous service to members and team members; adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
