Job Summary
Frontline member-facing role providing consultative conversations and sound financial advice; supports teller operations, new accounts, account maintenance, and consumer loan applications and funding. Performs teller activities, assists with online banking and digital channels, and opens/closes various membership accounts. Drives sales by identifying member needs and recommending products; participates in outbound campaigns as needed. Requires 5 weeks of full-time training at the corporate office in Glendale, AZ. 0-1 year of customer service experience preferred; bilingual preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills; proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom. Responsible for accurate cash handling, adherence to policies, and maintaining professional relationships with members and colleagues.
