Member Service Consultant

Provide frontline, member-facing financial guidance as a Member Service Consultant and develop relationships through consultative conversations. Open, maintain, and close a variety of membership accounts (savings, checking, certificates, retirement), assist with online and direct banking, transfers, and account maintenance. Facilitate loan applications and funding (personal, credit cards, auto) and promote ancillary products. Conduct teller-related activities with accuracy and security, support outbound member outreach, and consistently meet sales and service objectives while upholding banking regulations and fraud-prevention practices. Work primarily at the home branch with potential on-site support to other branches; bilingual communication and effective use of digital tools (online banking, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom) are beneficial.
