Job Summary
Greet members with a smile, acknowledge them by name, and thank them for their business while ensuring confidentiality of all account information. Ask questions to uncover needs, listen actively, and offer tailored solutions or referrals to specialized departments. Profile members to identify opportunities for additional business and make weekly outbound sales calls. Structure loan applications, adhere to lending policies, and balance cash drawers daily with accurate vault duties. Participate in promotions, contests, and community service events to support team goals.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year of similar or related experience or 12 months in an MSR role
- knowledge of all credit union accounts and products
- proven ability to handle a wide variety of functions quickly and accurately
- High energy and sales ability
- interpersonal skills to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize work assignments
- Ability to organize work efficiently
- good time management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications
