Member Service Associate - Northwest Region #2

Member Service Associate providing friendly, professional service to members across multiple Northwest Region branches. Responsibilities include processing financial service transactions, handling cash drawer, detecting and reporting fraud, building relationships through conversations and needs-based recommendations, answering general inquiries, guiding members to self-service resources, and supporting cross-selling and regional goals. Requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to lift at least 10 pounds, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply. Positions based in Niskayuna, Schenectady, Glenville, and Amsterdam branches; regular in-person collaboration across the listed NY locations.
