Job Summary
Welcome members and visitors while delivering professional service to meet member needs and deepen relationships. Accurately process financial transactions, maintain a cash drawer, and act as a first line of defense in detecting and reporting fraud. Resolve member issues, promote self-service resources, and actively participate in cross-selling initiatives to support branch goals. Ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory guidelines while achieving management objectives. This role requires flexibility to work out of any location, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to lift 10 pounds. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- customer service experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to lift at least 10 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- ability to operate in a rapidly changing dynamic environment
- Excellent oral, written, and auditory communication skills
