Job Summary
Greet members and visitors professionally, providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service via phone, in person, or email. Open new accounts, process loan requests, and assist members with paperwork and account closures. Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints, resolving issues or directing them appropriately. Actively cross-sell products based on member needs and conduct courtesy calls to new accounts within one week. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, policies, and procedures while assisting the Supervisor with complex questions.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 1-2 years general banking experience
- 1-2 years of consumer loan processing experience
- 1 year of home equity loan processing experience
Desired Qualifications
- Cross selling and consultative sales experience preferred
- Bilingual-Spanish speaking preferred
