Job Summary
Member Sales Associate responsible for guiding clients through options with a consultative approach, documenting client information, meeting individual KPIs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Requires 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong listening and communication skills, ability to handle objections, and potential for leadership growth. On-site in Chandler, AZ with a condensed three-shift schedule and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience
- Ability to meet individual KPIs and contribute to team goals
- Strong active listening and communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and manage high-volume interactions
- Leadership experience or desire to grow into one
- Ability to document client information accurately
- Ability to coordinate handoffs between internal teams
- Proactive follow-up with clients to maintain momentum
- Previous experience in premium service, hospitality, or sales-adjacent environments (preferred)
- Schedule includes extended shifts (three 13-hour shifts)
