Member Retention Counselor (60107)

Conduct outbound retention calls and mailings to potential and lapsed members using files from throughout the company. Receive inbound calls to explain AAA membership benefits, sell Primary and Associate memberships, and close sales by obtaining accurate member and credit card information. Resolve member inquiries and change requests while delivering Five Diamond Service standards on every conversation. Provide clerical support to the department, assist Branch Offices with membership policy questions, and mentor employees on new procedures. Utilize MemberzPlus, Touch Points, D-3, Navigator, Outlook, Excel, and Word to process data and track growth.
