Member Retention Counselor (59875)

Place outbound retention calls to potential and lapsed members using files from throughout the company, and conduct research on member contact information to generate physical and electronic mailings. Receive incoming calls from prospective and current members, explain AAA membership benefits, and close sales by obtaining accurate member and credit card information while delivering Five Diamond Service standards. Troubleshoot and provide problem resolution for change requests, and answer inquiries regarding membership policies and procedures. Utilize communication and data processing technology including MemberzPlus, Touch Points, D-3, Navigator, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Work Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays, adhering to department guidelines and assisting with employee training as needed.
