Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service to members across all channels, discussing savings, mortgages and general enquiries. Improve the customer journey by delivering accurate, compliant and timely handling of transactions, resolving issues at first contact, and maintaining knowledge of Saffron products. Identify and manage complaints per policy, recognise vulnerable customers, and refer opportunities to third-party partners. Contribute to achieving KPIs/SLA and uphold regulatory compliance, governance, and safeguarding. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Saffron Walden with a focus on customer satisfaction, policy adherence and team collaboration to support Money Happiness initiatives.
