Job Summary
Lead a team of Member Relationship Specialists and/or Loan Processors to meet production and service expectations in Gulfport, MS, ensuring new account and loan applications (from application to processing) are managed timely and accurately to meet quality expectations. Train, coach, and develop team members in operational excellence and cross-selling of credit union products and services; set and monitor sales and service goals; conduct coaching sessions; oversee QA feedback and audits; maintain compliance with Federal regulations including BSA and OFAC; effectively use CRM and Symitar to manage sales, referrals, and service events; oversee multi-channel intake of applications and ensure timely processing; develop work schedules and production reporting; and drive a service and sales-driven culture with a focus on member satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year college degree or equivalent; or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school; or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
- Three to five years of similar or related experience preferred.
- Second language preferred.
