Job Summary
Lead the Member Relations internal owners by providing inspirational leadership, coaching, and mentoring to build confidence and drive maximum potential. Establish clear performance standards, set department goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations while ensuring all team members are well-equipped and highly efficient. Monitor relationship center operations by collaborating on resource scheduling, maintaining facility safety, and overseeing compliance with Credit Union policies and state regulations. Provide responsive service to members, cross-sell products, and coordinate special events with the Marketing Department while identifying areas to enhance productivity. Report suspected fraud immediately and adapt to changing member needs through continuous professional development and technological proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from accredited college or university with a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
- Bachelors' degree
- 2-5 years of similar or related experience in a similar or related position
- one year of progressively responsible leadership experience
