Job Summary
Provide member-focused service to help members achieve financial success by handling teller transactions, opening new accounts and loans, and guiding members through IT channels (mobile app, online banking, remote services). Build genuine relationships, conduct needs-based interviews to identify financial goals, promote appropriate products (e.g., credit or GAP insurance, loans, share/CD/IRA/HSA accounts), and ensure accurate loan documentation and compliance with lending policies. Proficient in handling routine clerical tasks, facilitating customer education on digital banking tools, and delivering exceptional service in a credit-union environment. Occasional physical duties may include handling currency; strong emphasis on accuracy, security, and member education.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of one year experience in a customer service related role
