Member Relationship Specialist I serves as the first point of contact for members at the Cadillac, MI branch, delivering service through relationship-building, problem solving, and financial guidance. Responsibilities include greeting members, resolving questions, processing deposits/withdrawals/payments, opening/closing accounts, supporting IRAs/HSAs/certificate accounts, assisting with card services and online banking, researching discrepancies, identifying product opportunities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and contributing to branch service and sales goals.
