Job Summary
Provide legendary service to Sunmark members at the financial center by welcoming them and informing them about credit union services; assist with member transactions using Interactive Teller Machines; process cash, transfers, loan and credit card payments, and vault activities; handle bond redemptions and insurance payments; conduct consumer account openings with proper identification and documentation; deliver product and advisory information, research and resolve member questions and complaints; support department sales referral goals and maintain Sunmark's culture while growing career opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher
- Prior cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to meet sales goals
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
