Job Summary

Handle service requests, balance problem resolution inquiries, and support teller functions while processing member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and wire transfers. Lead efforts to build relationships with current members and prospects by promoting new services, conducting outbound calling, and managing referrals from credit union partners. Proactively generate leads, establish centers of influence to engage prospective members, and explain loan and deposit product openings to meet and exceed goals. Accurately complete Currency Transaction Reports and Suspicious Activity Reports as needed while maintaining member confidentiality and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience
  • Proven track record in a sales environment

  • Related experience in a financial organization
