Job Summary
Open and service deposit accounts, assist with consumer lending solutions, and resolve member inquiries promptly. Identify opportunities to recommend products that support member financial goals, maintain operational accuracy, and ensure all transactions comply with policies and regulatory requirements. Engage members in meaningful conversations to understand their needs while building trusted relationships and contributing to branch performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in Financial Services or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of member services and products provided
- Knowledge of credit union loan services, policies, and procedures
- Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards, and required loan documentation
- Knowledge of consumer and residential lending practices
- Excellent interviewing, communication and public relations skills
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
- Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including 10-key calculations, printer, telephone and notary stamp
- Solid math abilities
