Member Relationship Advisor

The Member Relationship Advisor proactively strengthens and expands member relationships through outbound communication (phone, email, text, and chat) to promote Park City Credit Union products and services. Responsibilities include engaging current and prospective members, efficiently opening basic memberships and accounts, assisting with service enrollment, collecting basic loan applications, and scheduling appointments with specialists when appropriate. Key activities focus on enrollment in eservices, upselling loans and credit cards, and upselling checking and other deposit accounts, while honoring the credit union vision and ensuring consistent execution. Skills emphasized include above-average communication and sales abilities, multitasking across programs for text/chat, email, and calling, and familiarity with financial services. A background in a financial institution is preferred but not required.
