Job Summary
Complete new member financial reviews using the D.R.S.W. conversation model and communicate appropriate product solution bundles. Answer member questions, resolve issues within authority, and refer escalated problems with recommendations. Support branch managers by facilitating offsite presentations to Select Employer Groups and identify cross-sell opportunities. Maintain relationships through outbound calling and Relationship Management software while operating teller drawer activities. Ensure all paperwork adheres to Credit Union policies and act as a liaison between members and departments. This role requires a Notary Public license, two to five years of financial services experience, and the ability to travel throughout the DC metropolitan area.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- Two years to five years of similar or related experience
- Flexibility to travel to multiple branches throughout the DC metropolitan area
- Excellent interpersonal engagement and presentation skills

- Diplomacy in dealing with both Members and Employees
- Ability to work as a Notary Public in the state where you are assigned to work
- Ability to motivate or influence others
- Ability to foster sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals)
- Strong organizational, accuracy and detail orientation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications

- Prior experience in a Financial Services Company, Credit Union
- Prior experience with our core system, Fiserv
