Job Summary
Provide members the highest level of service while assisting with new accounts, loans, cross-selling products, and completing teller transactions. Execute branch operational tasks and support daily, weekly, and monthly planning to help the branch meet annual sales, growth, and service goals. Maintain a commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and a positive attitude. Obtain NMLS licensing within six months and ensure credit is in good standing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- two (2) years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) months underwriting experience
- ability to analyze/understand credit reports
- basic knowledge of bank underwriting
- Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Must be able to obtain NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry) within six (6) months, no later than one (1) year
- Credit must be in good standing
- Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA's Rules and Regulations
