Member Relations Champion

Greet, engage, and assist all members, guests, and staff with a positive, relationship-focused approach while handling check-ins, membership inquiries, account alerts, and facility tours. Model the mission, vision, and values of the Crossroads YMCA by resolving complex member concerns and conducting cause-driven tours to exceed join benchmarks. Maintain responsibility for an individual cash drawer, complete shift closeouts, and support staff onboarding and training. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure consistent service and contribute to team meetings and internal training delivery. Respond to emergency situations per policy and assist with incident reporting. Represent core values, support annual campaign efforts, and complete required compliance training annually. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 18 hours per week.
