Job Summary
Provide concierge-level service to Good Sam members, addressing a wide range of inquiries about Camping World’s Good Sam products and services. Field inbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues per defined business rules and procedures, with a focus on retaining customer business when members consider canceling services. Navigate a Windows-based CRM and internal systems as well as Outlook and Teams to handle requests and coordinate follow-up. Address needs for additional products and services as appropriate, and perform other duties as assigned. Essential skills include strong communication, problem-solving, de-escalation, one-call resolution, and solid typing/keyboard proficiency; ability to learn camping and RV product lines in a customer-centric, sales-focused environment. Previous call center experience and a history of steady employment are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year in a call center setting with customer service or retention experience preferred
