Job Summary
Welcome members and customers warmly while quickly ascertaining their needs to direct them to appropriate assistance or alternative distribution channels. Transmit general information on Desjardins Group's service offer and consistently adhere to service standards to provide a distinctive experience. Foster member autonomy by assisting optimal use of tools like ATMs, mobile services, and Desjardins.com. Ensure reasonable waiting times by observing reactions and maintaining satisfaction, while seizing sales opportunities and strengthening trust by adequately meeting needs. Schedule appointments following established processes and answer or route phone calls as required. This temporary full-time on-site role supports the largest cooperative financial group in North America, where teams prioritize people and offer a full range of financial products and services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma in a related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French
- Knowledge of all counter and convenience products and services
- Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services aimed at caisse members and those offered by business centres, components, distribution networks/channels and as well as those of competitors
- Knowledge of security measures, legal framework and internal controls
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
- Knowledge of reception procedure
- Knowledge of the general responsibilities of the caisse teams (organizational structure, roles and responsibilities)
- Knowledge of service standards
