Job Summary
Serve as a brand ambassador within the local community to promote EdFed membership and drive strategic growth through ongoing acquisition of new members, loans, and deposit accounts. Assist in increasing credit union exposure, facilitate opportunities to serve the community, and promote membership benefits at external events at local schools, colleges, and associations. Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Lending to create targeted promotional campaigns; assist with new membership and lending applications at field events to meet growth objectives. Participate in branch meetings to share best practices, mentor peers, and maintain the annual events calendar. Support deployment of retail marketing campaigns, including outbound promotions via lobby, phone, and on-site sponsorships. Stay informed on community trends and economic development changes, track event participation results, and make recommendations to maximize return on future investments. Maintain records and prepare monthly reports on outreach activities, engagement efforts with Select Employee Groups, and related results. Demonstrates organization, prioritization to meet deadlines, and multi-tasking across duties; perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, dynamic leader with strong ability to build relationships and network
- Strong organization, prioritization, analytical and problem solving ability
- Team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization
- Working knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
