Job Summary
Identify, prioritize, and execute on high-potential opportunities to make Computer transformative for internal teams and enterprise customers. Develop empathy for technical and business disciplines to collaborate on harnessing AI in new ways. Engineer connectors, skills, and evaluation infrastructure to make knowledge stores and human-orchestrated processes legible to Computer. Close the loop between internal usage and the product, translating real work friction into core improvements. Collaborate with PM, Design, Data Science, and Enterprise customers to turn process needs into reliable product experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Daily use of AI models/tools
- Strong knowledge on the latest frontier
- Proficiency with Python
- Experience and/or TypeScript
- Go
- Other languages
- Strong understanding of the work of non-technical staff across enterprises
- Curiosity about the work of business and operations teams
- Broad working knowledge of the modern AI agent stack
- Strong intuition for where today's agents shine and where they fall down
- Strong product judgement
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with building platforms for enterprise or internal users
