Job Summary
Build production AI agents that automate repetitive work by turning system observations into reliable, deployable systems. Own production AI agents end to end: build, deploy, monitor, and improve them. Ship automations that replace hours of repetitive tasks and improve user efficiency. Work closely with customers to understand operations and identify automation opportunities. Run experiments with new models and techniques, benchmark results, and ship what works. A product-minded approach to designing AI × Human interfaces and practical automation.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience shipping production code
- Hands-on experience building AI agents
- Strong Python skills
- Experience deploying LLMs in production
- Ability to own problems end to end
- Comfortable talking to customers to gather requirements
