Job Summary
Member Of Technical Staff focusing on software engineering for NetApp’s Cloud File System group. Responsibilities include developing new features, sustaining existing products, debugging and testing operating systems and storage applications, performing design, development, verification, troubleshooting, and delivering software across the product lifecycle. Must contribute to product design, release documentation, and automation, with emphasis on C/C++, Python, OS fundamentals (kernel programming a plus), TCP/IP/Networking knowledge, and strong algorithm/data-structure skills. Excellent written/verbal communication, teamwork, and ability to work with minimal supervision are required; education typically a bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years’ experience (or 1-2 years with a master’s). Office-based in Bangalore, India with full-time status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
- 2-3 years related experience or 1-2 years with master’s degree
