Member of Technical Staff - Applied Computational Biologist

Develop a deep understanding of Valthos's models, methods, and roadmap while building trusted technical relationships with customers to understand their scientific and operational priorities. Translate customer priorities into clear biological questions, use cases, evaluations, and technical requirements through written materials, proposals, and customer programs. Analyze biological datasets and interpret results for stakeholders, then work with researchers and engineers to translate successful analyses into repeatable workflows for real-world operational problems. Define and drive how Valthos's research is positioned externally, identifying the strongest technical approach for each opportunity. Convert lessons from customer engagements into product requirements, research priorities, and go-to-market strategy. This role begins with hands-on analytical execution and can grow into ownership of customer scientific strategy and applied product development.
