Job Summary
Member of Technical Staff 3 at Nutanix collaborating on the NCM data platform. Design and develop the next generation of data platform features for on-prem and cloud, participate in data modeling discussions, influence the data products roadmap, work across components (API gateway, message bus, databases, data warehouses), and drive best practices for operationalizing data platforms. Author Spark jobs to satisfy complex requirements, collaborate with development, test, documentation, and product management teams, and contribute to a fast-paced, cross-geo environment with hybrid work. Emphasis on observability, data transformation, data catalog, tracing, and scalable data pipelines to support customers’ infrastructure and application monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related streams
- Experience with Python, Scala, Java, Golang, or C++
- Experience with Database technologies and Big Data; Kubernetes; microservices
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus
- Hybrid work arrangement
