Job Summary
Build AI agents that form hypotheses, run queries, and generate actionable recommendations with clear evaluation loops. Construct retrieval infrastructure and evaluation loops to ensure agents query the warehouse reliably. Accelerate the AI-native data workflow by turning existing workflows into repeatable systems and reusable tools. Automate the data lifecycle through self-healing pipelines, automated dbt model generation, and diagnosis workflows. Ship AI-powered experiment analysis that interprets A/B test results and drafts ship/no-ship recommendations. Turn the data team into a product team by building internal data products that replace ad hoc requests with self-serve interfaces. Own the full lifecycle from prototype to production monitoring. Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in data science, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role
- Deep SQL and analytics judgment
- Strong product sense
- Production-oriented Python ability
- Hands-on LLM experience
- Pipeline and modeling fluency
- Builder mentality
- Autonomy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building production AI agents or agent evaluation systems
- Experience with Snowflake, semantic layers, or metadata systems
- Experience building internal tools, Slack bots, CLIs, or developer productivity products that people actually used
- Strong experimentation background, including metric design and statistical interpretation
- Experience with BI tools and the judgment to know what should be automated versus kept human-reviewed
- Early-stage startup experience
