Job Summary
Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces end-to-end — you're the DRI for web craft. Create and own the CMS design system: the templates, components, and patterns that let teams build on-brand pages themselves. Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to translate business goals into compelling, high-converting page designs. Work with Brand to keep visual consistency across every web touchpoint. Collaborate directly with front-end engineers to ship pages quickly and at a high quality bar, including the ongoing migration off Framer. Bring a strong point of view on layout, typography, motion, and interaction design for the web. Raise the floor on self-serve page creation so the design team can focus on the highest-craft work.
