Job Summary
Senior Manager, IT Business Solutions – Finance SAP role overseeing Finance SAP solution delivery and governance. Leads architecture, design, and project management for finance systems, collaborates with Hospitals, MMC business units, IT departments, and vendors, facilitates workshops with multiple stakeholders on-site at Hospitals and Plexxus locations, produces high-quality deliverables (BRDs, project plans, test plans, functional designs, knowledge transfer materials), maintains end-to-end IT knowledge and documentation for audits and compliance, and drives continuous improvement of IT service delivery and governance within a shared services environment. Requires extensive experience with SAP finance modules (FI/CO, AA, PS, FM/GM, SD, BI) in S/4HANA, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with customer focus. Preferred SAP certification in Finance and CPA/Finance designations. Must be able to travel to Mohawk Medbuy offices if required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of related business systems experience within an SAP environment
- 5+ years of related people leadership/management experience
- University degree or College diploma in IT, finance, or related field
- Experience working in Finance related modules (FI/CO, AA, PS, FM/GM, SD, BI) in S/4HANA, Ariba Invoice Management
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- High-quality written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently, setting goals and meeting timelines
- Experience in workshop facilitation and/or presenting to leadership, including provision of appropriate documentation
- Experience working in successful third-party vendor relationships
