Job Summary
Member & Guest Services Specialist greets Gravity Haus Club & Spa members and guests, conducts property tours of amenities, promotes memberships and services, and supports fitness, spa, retail, and events with a guest-focused mindset. Responsibilities include front desk operations, cross-department communication, upselling memberships and services, scheduling and coordinating bookings, and assisting with member events. Candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, be reliable and team-oriented, and be comfortable learning multiple systems for bookings, sales, and service delivery. The role includes Full-Time Morning Shift (5:30am – 1:00pm) with opportunities for growth within Gravity Haus in Vail, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, fitness/spa, or customer service experience preferred
