Join The Little Gym of Northern Virginia as a Member Experience Team Member to greet families, assist with class scheduling and enrollment, deliver outstanding customer service, keep the gym clean and organized, support instructors, promote events, handle inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming, member-focused environment in a fast-paced, family-oriented setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for working with children and families
- Prior experience in customer service/sales or recreational settings is a plus
