Job Summary
Greet and engage with members and families upon arrival; assist in scheduling classes and managing enrollment processes; provide exceptional customer service and support to all members; maintain cleanliness and organization of gym facilities; communicate effectively with team members and management; promote upcoming events and programs to enhance member engagement; handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner; support instructors during classes and activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills and software applications
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in customer service/sales or recreational settings is a plus
