Member Experience Team Member

Create a welcoming environment for families and provide a top-notch member experience. Greet and engage with members and families, assist in class scheduling and enrollment, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain gym cleanliness, communicate effectively with the team, promote upcoming events and programs, handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and support instructors during classes as needed. Ideal candidates have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working with children and families, can multitask in a fast-paced setting, are proficient with basic computer software, and are flexible to work evenings and weekends. Training and development opportunities are available.
