Job Summary
Join our dynamic team at The Little Gym of Northern Virginia as a Member Experience Team Member. Greet and engage members and families on arrival, assist in scheduling classes and managing enrollment, provide exceptional customer service, maintain the gym facilities, support instructors during classes, and promote upcoming events to boost member engagement. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or sales experience in recreational settings is a plus. Location: Falls Church, VA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications
