Job Summary
Create a welcoming environment for families at The Little Gym of Northern Virginia by greeting members and their families, assisting with class scheduling and enrollment, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized gym, supporting instructors during classes, promoting upcoming events and programs, and handling inquiries or issues in a timely manner. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, proficiency with basic computer software, flexible availability (including evenings and weekends), and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
