Member Experience Supervisor

Conduct member experience oversight by analyzing feedback, identifying service gaps, and implementing improvements to enhance the shopping journey for BJ's members. Manage team performance through regular check-ins, coaching, and recognition to ensure alignment with our purpose of taking care of families. Monitor metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention to drive strategic initiatives that support our goal of providing unbeatable value. This role supports the broader mission of 30,000 team members across 250 clubs and 21 states, focusing on the daily interactions that define the BJ's member experience.
