Job Summary
Acquire and onboard new retail and business members through proactive conversations, uncovering needs and identifying sales opportunities via Financial Health Checks. Recommend and deliver everyday banking, lending, and investment solutions while managing small accounts and building a strong sales pipeline through referrals and follow-up. Support front-line and omni-channel interactions within a collaborative Advice Centre. This role requires 1–3 years of experience in financial services or sales, with mutual funds licensing or willingness to obtain within six months. Salary ranges from $46,000 to $57,500 plus incentives. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services or a sales environment
- Exposure to lending and investment products and needs-based selling

- Grade 12 (or equivalent)
- Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing
