Job Summary
Join Kirtland Credit Union as a Full-Time Member Experience Specialist, responsible for creating exceptional member experiences and enhancing member relationships. You will perform a range of member service functions, including teller transactions and account maintenance, while also analyzing member financial needs and generating product referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s cash handling experience
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
- Experience with customer service, identifying needs and providing solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with IRA and other consumer deposit products preferred
- Previous lending or sales experience preferred
- Proven member service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Bilingual a Plus! Differential available for Bilingual
